Contribution of Sonja Geilert in the Baltic Sea Report (in German)
As part of the “Baltic Sea Report“,Sonja Geilert presents her research activities of the project RETAKE (approx. for 3 min) from broadcasting minute 29. This contribution is embedded in the presentation of the winter activities of the Kiel research diver team “Submaris”. In addition, the Icelandic company Carbfix is shown for about 5 min (from 24 min on). This company inject the CO2, which is produced during their geothermal heat extraction, as a liquid gas into basalt rock at a depth of approx. 2,000 m.
