CDRmare Kick-Off Meeting in Lüneburg March 9 to 10, 2022

From March 9 to 10, researchers of 22 research institutions, public authorities and companies met for the first time in Lüneburg to intensively exchange ideas on the main scientific questions of the six CDRmare research consortia. More than 100 scientists attended the conference on site and around 50 were able to participate online. The day before, on March 8, about 50 early career scientists met for networking and to participate in an intra- and interdisciplinary communication training. The momentum that was created within the CDRmare community is currently carried over into the first lab, mesocosm and modeling experiments, as well as into the planning of first field trips.
